Registration

Registration system for the conference will be available soon.

  • Registration is a prerequisite for
    • i) inclusion of your paper in the conference program, and
    • ii) publishing the final version of your conference contribution in the conference proceedings.
  • There will not be any possibility for registration on site.
  • The conference does not offer payment by invoice.

Full Academic registration includes one submission (of any type). Please be aware that each participant is only allowed to submit one additional paper, subject to an additional charge of € 200.

Full Industry registration includes access to all conference sessions for all three days.

Registration for the Conference Dinner

For the Conference Dinner of CMS 2027, we kindly ask all participants to select the option for the Early/Late registration including Conference Dinner. The additional fee of € 50 will be charged for all participants. The tickets are limited to approximately 300 people (first come, first served).

Cancellation

All fees paid are not refundable.

Photographic consent

During CMS 2027, the organizers will take photographs at the conference venues. Some images may then be shown on the conference homepage and used for standard media coverage, e.g. in the Newsletter and LinkedIn channel of the conference. By registering for this conference, you agree with this policy concerning photographs. If you prefer not to be photographed, please, send an e-mail to cms2027@tuwien.ac.at or inform the conference office on site.
