Please note that, in order to comply with the formal submission requirements, all abstracts and papers must be prepared using the standard Elsevier conference template. The official templates are available in both Microsoft Word and LaTeX formats via the links below.
Submissions that do not use the required template may be subject to desk rejection and may not proceed to the review process.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS
Abstract and Full-Paper Length Requirements
To ensure consistency with the publication requirements of Procedia CIRP and the prescribed conference proceedings format, authors are requested to observe the following length requirements:
- Abstract submission: The abstract should be concise, factual, and preferably it must not exceed 250 words. It should clearly state the purpose of the research, the principal results or expected contribution, and the main conclusions.
- Full-paper submission: The final manuscript is strictly limited to a maximum of six (6) pages, including all figures, tables, acknowledgements and references. Manuscripts exceeding this limit cannot be considered in the submitted form.
